Prograde is looking for a new Account Manager to join our growing team. The Account Manager is responsible for driving customer loyalty and increasing overall sales revenue. No cold calling or new business quotas required.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily activities of account assignment to include but not limited to quoting, order entry, inventory management, and maintaining call logs
- Develop strategies for penetrating existing accounts
- Trouble shoot customer problems and ensure that all project/program deadlines are met
- Analyze sales reports to insure monthly goals are being met
- Face to face meetings with customers
Requirements:
- Two year degree from a college or university, preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Effective written communication
- Prefer 1-2 years in the print and/or promotional products industry
- Limited travel required (by car)
